Cancellation Policy

this cancellation policy applies to all who register for a studio session. if you are unable to make it to your session, please notify as soon as possible.

  • 48 hours or more advance notice: change times, receive store credit, or receive a refund less a 10% processing charge.
  • less than 48 hours notice: change times or receive store credit.
  • less than 24 hours notice: with less than 24 hours notice, you waive your right to a refund or store credit. #missingArt reserves the right to withhold any and all refunds and credits if insufficient cancellation notice is given by the customer.

Age Policy

different classes are appropriate for different age groups. please read the the class description and pay attention while filling out the registration form. age restrictions will always be stated on the class description page and on the form. do not bring a child to class that is not old enough to attend per age restrictions. they will not be allowed to attend or to remain in the space during the class, and you will forfeit your right to a refund or store credit.

Attending a class means you accept certain manageable and minor risks to your possessions or person. please wear comfortable clothes that are not valuable to you. damage could potentially occur to your attire. please take care while using tools or materials that have sharp edges or that are harmful if ingested. you will receive verbal warnings and reminders to use caution. by signing up for a class, you are acknowledging these risks and assuming responsibility to use tools and materials carefully.

you may be asked to sign a waiver of general liability, depending on where the class is held.
